Calling

El Puig Creek, Puçol (València, Spain), January 2021

The sea is calling me,
restless murmur of the waves,
crackling gravel on the shore,
a living soundtrack
to the blue seawater
swinging forth and back to the shore.

Tireless.

Unstoppable.

Endless.

The Mediterranean murmur,
powerful and peaceful,
calls me without a pause
in my dark night.
